Of course the yachts in the background didn't hurt the scenery either.
Since our city is known as the "Venice of America", we still have plenty of waterways to visit. We hope you enjoy our rides as we sure do enjoy sharing them with all of you.
Heinz is a red Vespa LX150 and Frenchie is a yellow Vespa LX150. We left South Florida and are now in Sedona, Arizona. We have been riding for 4 years and we are now riding the roads of North Central Arizona instead of South Florida. Quite a change! Our goal is still to help others safely enjoy riding and share our beautiful area.
Continuing North along A1A we cruised thru Pompano Beach to the Hillsboro Inlet and the Hillsboro Lighthouse. The Inlet is where boats access the Atlantic Ocean from the Intracoastal Waterway. The Lighthouse has quite a history and a Preservation Society. Here are a couple of nice sites if you are interested. http://www.hillsborolighthouse.org/ and http://www.lighthousefriends.com/light.asp?ID=361
